Refund policy

At Luxury Street, your satisfaction comes first. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to start a return. Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, and with all tags and accessories attached.
2. How to Start a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please attach a clear photo or short video so we can resolve it quickly.
- Our team will reply within 3 business days with return instructions and the return address.
- Ship the item back using a tracked service. Keep the tracking number until your refund is issued.
3. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit can take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
4. Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and tell us the size/color you'd like instead. If the replacement is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that's damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo or video evidence. We'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items returned outside the 30-day window
- Items not in their original condition or packaging
7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, except when the return is the result of an error on our part (wrong item shipped, defective product). In those cases we provide a prepaid return label.
8. International Returns
For international orders, shipping fees and any customs duties paid at delivery are non-refundable except where the return is our error. We recommend declaring "Returned merchandise" on the customs form to avoid duplicate fees.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund if it has not yet been packed and shipped. Email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number. Once an order is in transit it must be processed as a regular return.
