Luxury Street ships worldwide. Every order is handled with care and dispatched through trusted carriers. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how, when, and where we ship.

1. Where We Ship

We ship to over 100 countries across the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Australia, and beyond. At checkout you'll see the list of countries available for shipping based on real-time carrier data. If your country is not listed, contact us and we'll do our best to find a solution.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays). During large promotions or seasonal peaks (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) processing may take 1–2 extra days. You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times start once the order leaves our warehouse:

  • United States: 5 – 9 business days
  • Canada: 7 – 12 business days
  • Europe (United Kingdom & EU): 7 – 14 business days
  • Latin America: 10 – 18 business days
  • Asia & Oceania: 10 – 18 business days
  • Rest of the world: 12 – 22 business days

These estimates are typical but not guaranteed: carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, and local public holidays can occasionally extend transit.

4. Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping worldwide on all orders. Express shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, depending on destination.

5. Tracking Your Order

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to the email used at checkout. You can also track your order at any time via the "Track Your Order" page on our website using your order number and email.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply on arrival. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the buyer. Luxury Street has no control over the amount charged. Please check your country's import rules before placing an international order.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we'll contact you to arrange a re-ship at the customer's expense.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking has not updated for 10+ business days, or if your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and either re-ship your order or issue a full refund — at no cost to you.

9. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change your shipping address or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order is usually already in fulfillment and cannot be modified.
